A great property in a great location, however this one was completely destroyed internally and externally by nuisance tenants. Worse still when the tenant emptied the property with couple months of unpaid rent. The property had to go through extensive refurbishment program in order to be able to sell it in the market.

Great challenge to manage the refurbishment remotely. However build an excellent rapport with the refurb manager responsible for delivery of the project. In the end it was all worth the effort.

The propert went above and beyond the price we had anticipated to achieve from sale giving us good return on investment.
