A lovely 3 bedroom property with excellent sized rooms for a family let. The decor was extremely dated, kitchen and bathroom were falling to bits. This needed a refurbishment to a good standard in order to bring the property to the rental market.

Material and labour shortages meant it was a challenge to get the team together and agree on completion dates. Every problem comes with it own opportunities and eventually we managed to see this refurbishment through.

Once the refubishment was complete it was hardly a surpise that multiple tenants were interested to rent out the property from us. Excellent investment and outcome.
