Sapphire

This property was on the market for sometime requiring some TLC and modernisation. The property itself wasn’t in too bad condition but needed a good uplift to make it rentable. New kitchen, bathroom, flooring, decor was installed. some electric upgrade alongwith roof repairs were carried out.

On close inspection a leak in the roof was identified which was a result of previous owner using a perpex to replace a missing roof tile. The result was that the bedroom ceiling right underneath the leak had become drooping and had to be trimmed and new boards installed.

Excellent end result considering that the property was rented within only a couple of days of coming to the market.
