A probate property which required love and care to convert it into a modern day household. This required a complete refurbishment with new electrics, kitchen, bathroom, new boiler alongwith relayout, flooring and decor

The property was very old but structurally sound. The bathroom had to be reconfigured as the previous layout wasn’t very suitable. The bathtub itself was so heavy that it took 3 people to lift it out of the property.

The overall transformation was excellent (please see pictures below for details). It took less than a week to get the rental agreement signed which was an excellent achievement.
